Phoenix House, Catterick, is a new purpose built centre within Catterick Garrison which officially opened in September 2013.

The centre offers 46 bedrooms and four family rooms for visiting family, who all have access to a new Support Hub housing a collection of welfare agencies and charities to offer advice and support. There is also capacity for 30 day attendees.

Help for Heroes runs the centre by providing the day-to-day services with the Army providing the staffing required to command and care for resident serving personnel, as well as deliver the core recovery events.
