Parachute Association

Royal Signals Sports Parachute Association (RSSPA)

The RSSPA exists to promote sport parachuting within the Royal Corps of Signals.

Membership is open to all past and present members of the Royal Signals from both the Regular Army and the Army Reserve.

Membership is free and members will receive information regarding progression events held throughout the year. Members will also be encouraged to develop their skills and take part in display team activities.

This will range from participating at events as ground crew and, once qualified, as a display parachutist.

Members will be informed of Royal Signals parachuting expeditions that take place each year. These expeditions are an ideal opportunity to develop parachuting skills and have fun with others whilst developing individual and team skills in the high pressure environment of skydiving.

Being a member of RSSPA doesn’t oblige you to do anything, you decide how involved you want to be, how much you want to do and when and where you want to do it. It does give you the opportunity, if desired, to experience all that sport parachuting has to offer.

Membership is monitored by the RSSPA Memberships Member who also compiles a mailing list to ensure that members are kept up to date with all RSSPA activities.
